I have used Aspire People for a number of years and I am 100% happy with the service they provide. My point of contact is Damon Hegenbarth, Damon is quick to respond to my requests and will if possible provide me with staff who have been into school before. The quality of day to day and long term supply staff is good and they are always happy to come back to the school. Damon is willing to be flexible and provide staff whether it be for a whole day or part day, if he is not able to provide someone because it has been a particularly busy day for lots of schools, he will say upfront rather than leaving me hanging.  I have no hesitation in recommending them Aspire People.

From day one Sophie and the team have always been so helpful and accommodating for us. Whatever time of the day it is Sophie has always arranged cover for us upon request. We have never been let down by Sophie and the level of candidates that we receive have always been of a high quality. The information we require for safeguarding, is always sent through in advance with full information on. Aspire People have even helped us out with things like our Christmas parties etc, the only agency i know that can even arrange for Father Christmas to come! I believe that Sophie and Aspire really do have the interests of both their candidates and the schools they deal with at their heart. They understand what it is like within a school setting and will always help out which ever way they can. As my contact with the agency, Shaniece consistently provides an exceptional calibre of supply staff. Through frequent, effective communication, she ensures our needs are met immediately. She welcomes feedback and acts upon it. She can be contacted at all times including late at night and during holidays or weekends.
